Abstract

This study conducted a pilot intervention with fifteen 4th and 5th grade students and two elementary teachers. Students participated in a video based mindfulness intervention. Pre and post questionnaires and interviews were conducted to assess students levels of stress and teachers perceptions on unwanted behavior by students.
