This publication is a statistical review of reported motor vehicle accidents that involve trucks (commercial vehicles) in Maine during the seven year study period 1900-1996. The statistics are compiled from accident reports submitted to the Department of Transportation by the Traffic Division, Department of Public Safety. The Traffic Division receives all police uniform accident reports Form 13:20 A from state, county and local police agencies.
