Jean-Baptiste Couture, the paper's owner, is in the center of the photo, together with his sons Faust and Valdor, who had taken over the day-to-day running of the business.
Note that some members of the staff remain from the 1908 photo (2013.0.25), including Omer Gauvin, who is a boy in 1908 (probably an apprentice typesetter), and a grown man in this image.
