Comments
Interview depicts why Local 9 resisted new "team concept" form of work organization. Key was commitment to traditional unionism and newness of S.D.Warren Division/Scott Paper Company's Somerset mill built recently (1970s/1980s). Brought radical labor movement author Jane Slaughter to train Scott/S.D. Warren union locals in Maine to resist Jointness.
