Abstract
This study, grounded in Kirton’s Adaption-Innovation (A-I) theory, examines how undergraduate students in a leadership course experience coping behaviors on a team. Using a qualitative approach, we analyzed 20 student reflections from students in a leadership course, focusing on their experiences in coping specific to their problem-solving style.
