Abstract
This research explores the pivotal role of leader engagement in fostering employee engagement within organizations. Drawing from recent literature and global reports, it highlights how leadership styles, managerial support, and workplace culture influence employee motivation and organizational performance. The study employs a phenomenological qualitative approach, which involves using structured interviews to capture the lived experiences of both leaders and employees in diverse organizational settings. By examining transparency, empowerment, and adaptability as core elements, the research aims to deepen the understanding of engagement dynamics and offer practical strategies to enhance productivity and well-being across all organizational levels
