Abstract
My thinking matters presentation will include a poster with highlights from my research and observations regarding my topic. It will include some statistical data about the growth of soccer in the United States, some of the challenges facing the sport, and look at potential solutions to those challenges. It will also include a brief history of the sport of soccer here in the U.S. so people can see and understand the growth on and off the field. The poster will include highlights from my research interviews from former professional players and coaches. It will look examine their journey through the youth system and professional ranks and discuss how the U.S. can improve the sport moving forward. The poster will have graphs and charts, pictures, quotes, and more highlighting my work over the last several months.
