The Treehouse Players of Gorham were selected to perform for a USO Tour of military bases in Greenland, Labrador, Newfoundland, and Iceland in 1970. The tour consisted of 30 performances over five weeks, and it ran from June 15 to July 21 of 1971. Originally the company was to perform the musical Carnival, but changed the program to a variety show.
