Mapmaking Contest

Since 2016 the Osher Map Library has sponsored a mapmaking contest for Maine's 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. Each year hundreds of students submit maps to the contest which are then judged by a panel of esteemed cartographic experts (OML staff and volunteers). The winning mapmakers receive prizes for themselves and their classrooms.
