I attended the LALI Conference at Dartmouth College last summer and found it extremely helpful in improving my approach to library instruction. Target audience: any librarians who give presentations and hold workshops. Anticipated outcomes: adding to the toolbox for creating meaningful, engaging, and effective research instruction sessions.
