Former Governor John Baldacci wore this apron at fundraiser and campaign events sponsored by Catholics for Marriage Equality and the Religious Coalition against Discrimination in October of 2012. The funds raised were donated to homeless charities in Bangor and Portland, although the events were aimed at raising support for the marriage equality referendum on the November 2012 ballot. The Apron has a nametag adhered to it with “John” written on it in marker, and an RCAD lapel pin attached.
