Wood plaque featuring a paper certificate from the Properller Club. The certificate reads, "Certificate of Appreciation Presented to Kenneth M. Curtis For outstanding service which contributed to the growth and development of the American marine industry and by this reflected the aims and purposes of The Propeller Club of the United States which are to promote and further the American Merchant Marine in all of its brances. The Propeller Club of the United States Port of Portland, Me."
