Curtis In recognition of Distinguished leadership in the public sector exemplified by active and enlighted service to the people of Maine over three decades including eight years as Governor of Maine. This total dedication has made a significant impact on the quality of life for all Mainers. Awarded by the Chamber of Commerce of the Greater Portland Region, and presented at its one hundred and thirty-seventh annual meeting in Portland, Maine on September 19, 1991. Richard B.
