Description
Gogan participated in dramatic efforts by union members and the community to block trains loaded with paper and was part of "crew" that ripped up tracks in the middle of the night. Gogan went to town fire station at dawn on August 9 to sound the horn which called children, men and women to converge on train tracks to block trains.
