Abstract
The LGBTQ+ Collection of the Jean Byers Sampson Center at University of Southern Maine presents a Zoom discussion about the online project Queers of Greater Portland, with it’s creator Kyle Warnock and fellow photographer Benn Marine. Queers of Greater Portland is a Maine LGBTQ virtual platform that emphasizes the importance of Queer visibility through candid portraiture and community connection. While QGP's primary platform is Instagram @queersofgreaterportland, the project's website queersofgreaterportland.org doubles as a directory of LGBTQ+ resources.
