Vaccine Incentive
To Get Outdoors
Any Maine resident age 18 or older who gets
their first COVID-19 vaccine dose in Maine
between May 11 and May 31 can use their
CDC vaccination card and other basic
information to redeem one of the following
items, subject to availability.
Between May 17 and June 1, you can register
for your incentive by calling 1-888-445-4111
or by scanning the QR code to the right.

Up to 5,000 Maine residents will receive a free
2021 fishing license

The State of Maine and participating organizations will check records to verify that individuals qualify for the incentive. Only one incentive per
qualifying individual is permitted. Individuals providing false information could be denied the incentive and are subject to civil suit in Superior
Court and could be subject to civil penalties of no less than $2000 pursuant to 22 M.R.S. 15.
