A conversation with Lois Johnson and Sheri Barden, co-presidents of the Boston chapter of the Daughters of Bilitis for twenty years.

Lois and Sheri were featured in the Stu Maddux groundbreaking 2010 documentary, Gen Silent, about LGBTQ+ elders. Lois and Sheri’s more than 50 years of activism includes work with the Boston Lesbian and Gay Political Alliance, Gay Community News and the Gay Speakers Bureau. They led workshops at the first Maine Gay Symposium in 1974 and have had a lifetime love affair with the state of Maine. Don’t miss this edition of OUT Cast with this devoted couple of 56 years.
