1900 Federal Census compiled by Donald Povich Donald M. Povich was the son of Morris S. Povich, a founding member of Beth Israel Congregation (originally, Base Isroall) in Bath, Maine. He was a founding member of the Bath Historical Society and served in leadership roles at Beth Israel Congregation. This document includes data from the 1900 Federal census as well as corrections and notes based upon personal knowledge and additional research.
