Mortgage Deed (Slavin to Bath Trust) (1919) The mortgage deed from Thomas Slavin, (owner of the house and property to be purchased) to Bath Trust Company was signed and dated June 18, 1919. The house at 866 Washington Street and the extra lot, which would later become the site for the construction of the synagogue, was transferred from its previous owners to Bath Trust Company.
