My Dear Marion,- We arrived back [home] safely + all quite well. It is quite warm here today. I must thank you for the very cordial welcome you gave us, we had a very pleasent visit. I see a change in my Sister of course 10 yrs. makes a big change. I do not think we [will] make another trip up again this year. Never [illegible] I may go back with my [illegible].
