Abstract

This quality improvement initiative aimed to enhance rehabilitation instruction at a secondary school by integrating video-based demonstrations. The current protocol relied on printed packets with minimal instructions, leading to inefficiencies and workflow disruptions. The athletic training student created and uploaded instructional exercise videos to a YouTube playlist, offering step-by-step guidance on complex exercises. Video engagement revealed higher views for more complex exercises. The project demonstrates the value of video-based learning for athletes and provides a valuable educational experience for the athletic training student.
