Abstract
An analysis of SAU student transportation expenditure was conducted. Expenditures were analyzed by fund, program, function, and object, focusing toward expenditures in cost categories intended to be funded by the EPS transportation cost component, which are general fund, overhead, operating expenditures excluding buses. Other transportation costs are funded either within other EPS components or outside of the EPS funding model.
