Abstract
This report provides analysis of the Operation and Maintenance of Physical Plant (OMP) component within Maine’s Essential Programs and Services (EPS) education cost model. The OMP allocation is a system-wide element that allocates a fixed amount of funding per pupil in all districts. The per-pupil dollar amount depends on the grade level of the student.
