Betty Olson

 
Betty Olson grew up in Lewiston, ME, and along with her sister Monique “Monica” Lowell (Bodily), performed in ice skating shows and taught ice skating. Betty and Monica were known as the “Lowell sisters” and performed in traveling skating shows all over the world. They also taught ice skating at St. Dominic’s Arena, today known as the Androscoggin Bank Colisee. After meeting her husband, Raymond Olson, Betty moved to Poughkeepsie, NY where she raised her children. Betty returned to Maine in 2013, and lives in Lewiston.
