Abstract

Due to the current economic climate, schools need to know if they are using their resources efficiently. This study seeks to document the experience of implementing a system to evaluate Breakwater School in Portland, Maine, specifically the balanced-scorecard method. The Breakwater School hopes to use this model to evaluate the student experience, parent experience, organizational maturity, faculty and staff, and financial and resource use
