Abstract
There was a time when job loyalty was a mutual bond between organization and employee, when decades of one's life given to the company meant job security. Generations of men and women worked for the same factories that their fathers worked for, and they proudly flew the company flag. With that deal now broken, the role of the workplace leader has changed.
