Abstract
This qualitative study considers three questions regarding measuring the value of short term study abroad programs: (1) What components of international travel contribute to building authentic leadership potential in students? (2) Can short-term study abroad programs enhance authentic leadership skills? (3) What are the effects of short term study abroad programs on non-traditional students?
