Monument Description
This sizable granite monument sits on Memorial Green in Yarmouth, Maine, in front of the Yarmouth Police Station and Town Offices. A large rectangular granite slab, featuring an eagle perched atop leaved branches is flanked by smaller horizontal rectangular slabs. All sit atop a rectangular granite slab. The monument is approached via a pathway with stone pavers, and is flanked by bushes and other plantings.
