Description
Fifteen hundred activists from all over the Northeast converged on George H.W. Bush’s summer home in Kennebunkport, and demanded a national plan on AIDS. The march included a press conference where dozens spoke, including Ryan White’s mother Jeanne, and ended with a die-in in downtown Kennebunk. Image description: Signs read "THE AIDS CRISIS CAN END", "114,000 AIDS DEATHS IT'S TIME FOR A NATIONAL PLAN", among others.
